May 30-Day Squat Challenge

Can you squat your way to a better butt? Tons of fitness experts attribute nicely shaped derrièr to a routine of squats. Doing squats everyday is supposed to help you to acquire toned legs and buttocks (two things I don’t have). I’ve made it halfway through a squat challenge before but this time I’m going all the way. Will you join me? Set a schedule and put it on your calendar. My phone alerts are set for the same time each morning. I’ll be using the PopSugar Squat Circuit Challenge as my guide.
